Reservations are confirmed only after all required booking steps are completed
Pricing, stay details, and applicable fees are clearly outlined prior to confirmation
We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations that do not meet booking or compliance requirements
Payment methods and timelines are clearly communicated during the booking process
A temporary security hold may be placed on a credit card (Visa or other accepted cards) as part of the payment or verification process
A security hold is not a charge and is released automatically, subject to the payment provider’s processing timelines
To protect guests, the property, and the building, guests may be required to complete an identity verification check and provide valid government-issued photo identification prior to or shortly after booking.
If required verification:
Is not completed, or
Cannot be successfully confirmed
the reservation may be cancelled.
Some reservations may require a refundable damage deposit.
The deposit is intended to cover accidental damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations
Deposits are refunded after checkout, provided the property is left in good condition and all house rules are followed
Deposit amounts, collection method, and release timing are communicated prior to arrival or during booking
Properties may be used only for lawful residential purposes
Guests must comply with all house rules, condominium policies, and applicable laws or regulations
Subletting, parties, or unauthorized commercial use are not permitted
Listings, availability, and pricing are subject to change
While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we reserve the right to correct errors or make adjustments when necessary
