Condominium Rules & Building Policies
Please note that condominium rules and policies may vary by building and must be followed strictly.
Depending on the specific property, this may include (but is not limited to):
Smoking policies, including whether smoking is permitted or prohibited on balconies or in outdoor areas
Quiet hours, as enforced by the condominium corporation
Use of building amenities, such as gyms, pools, lounges, or shared facilities
Guest access and visitor policies
Parking rules, where applicable
Waste disposal and recycling procedures
Use of common areas, including hallways, elevators, and entrances
These rules are established by the condominium corporation and are non-negotiable. Guests are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and adhering to all building-specific policies applicable to their stay.
Any property-specific condominium rules will be clearly communicated prior to or at check-in.
Occupancy
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight
Visitor limits may apply depending on the property and building policies
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors in any property
Balcony or outdoor smoking policies, where applicable, vary by building and must be followed strictly
Failure to comply with smoking policies may result in additional cleaning fees or further action as required.
Pets
Pet policies vary by property and must be approved in advance
Unauthorized pets are not permitted
Safety, Compliance & Reporting
Guests must comply with all applicable building rules, safety guidelines, and local regulations
Any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns should be reported promptly
Guests are responsible for their conduct and for ensuring the property is left in reasonable condition
